Agreement
By using CopperIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
CopperIQ provides a platform and tools for agencies to produce client-ready content. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for all activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, violate laws, infringe IP rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is on request. We invoice your agency based on usage. Late payment may result in suspension. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your content. We retain rights to the platform and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide the service.
Your Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use. You represent you have rights to any content you submit and that your use complies with applicable laws and client agreements.
Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results, rankings, or visibility outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopperIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CopperIQ harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without liability, provided we act in good faith and with reasonable notice where practical.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Amsterdam will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
